Provide the TOPN and BottomN data set filter support

Provide data filtering support using the TopN and BottomN support in the report viewer. Eg.


  1. Top 10 - will return the top 10 data from the data set
  2. Top 10% - it will return the top 10 percent data from the whole data 
  3. Bottom 10 - it will return the bottom 10 data from the whole data 
  4. Bottom 10% - 
    it will return the
    bottom 
    10 percent data from the
    whole 
    data
