Let's say you have an expression on a calculated field in the data set where you either set the value or you set null.

=IIF(Fields!name.Value = "Customer name", Fields!value.Value, NOTHING)

And then in the report you use the appropriate column such as

=Max(Fields!customerName.Value)

If there is a MAX value found, then there is no issue.
If no MAX value was found, then infinity is shown
