Provide Support to format the datetime field using inside the function InStr()

Need to provide support to format the datetime field using inside the Function Like InStr().

  • =InStr(Fields!GuarDt.Value,"01-01-1900") , in the given expression the Field!GuarDt.Value format is not applied so ,it produce the output 0. But In MS builder It produce 1.
