Provide RowNumber(scope) expression support in tablix group by property as like MS

In SSRS, when we use the RowNumber(Scope) expression in tablix groupby property based on the value they take the data from the dataset and clip it to the group.

But in Boldreports, for every data in dataset we evaluate the groupby expression since in this case value is same for all the data we clip all the data to the same dataset.
