Support to disable\enable widgets and datasource tenant basis

In Bold Reports Server, we can enable or disable permissions for chart types (e.g., comparison components, KPIs, Deviation, Proportion, Distribution) and functions (such as connecting to data sources like Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Web API, etc.) or the ability to create ad-hoc datasets for all users per tenant.

The requirement is to apply these permissions specifically for certain users within a tenant.
