Resolve the Report Header rendering in the PDF export When the PrintOnLastPage property is disabled
The Header Height needs to be reduced to Zero when exporting on the last page of the report when the property is disabled. but For now the Header height is placed there, which causes the gap at the Top of the 3rd Page.
