Issue caused by HTML rendered for charts inside a PDF make no chart appearing in the PDF
Issue: Because of the Locale fr-CA the digits of the number system is split by an space when this data converted in to SVG to the HTML entities as " " which are not executable in SVG tags the error throws there in the Image which resulted in the Not rendering of the exports.
