Filter Criteria for Date Time are not working in viewer outside the server

Good morning,
After upgrading server to 5.3.8 all reports with date parameters are working successfully on the server itself.
When used remotely on any workstation through any normal browser, the date picker selection must be clicked twice to update its date and depending on parameters (like list of suppliers) are not populated at all.
Kindly, advise me what to do up to recover.
