Create tickets in Bold desk automatically when error is logged on Bold Reports

We were logging the error logs in exception less when something went wrong. On reporting issues, we checked and resolved the issues. Now we need to raise the ticket at the bold desk when experiencing irrespective behavior, which helps us rectify the issue early when clients raise issues.
