Need for offline stylesheet

The icons in the Bold Reports ReportDesigner/Report Viewer are not visible in the client's Angular application UI. The client's Content Security Policy (CSP) blocks external links, and since the Bold Reports stylesheet uses external links for icons, they are not displayed.
