Enable nested category support in Bold Reports

At present, the Report Server has a flat category hierarchy. This feature will enable the option to create the categories within another category to make the nested hierarchy in Bold Reports.
Also, create separate categories for grouping report with its behavior like, Drillthrough, Subreport, etc under Sample Reports category.
