Word layout options top level getting NRE when export report at second time Completed

When we set wordlayoutoptions as.

LayoutOption = BoldReports.Writer.WordLayoutOptions.TopLevel

for export the report as word, it is exported for the first time. but when we export for second time it throws 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' exception and report will not be exported. Please fix this problem
