Arabic text is not rendering properly in pdf export and print on setting text direction as LTR or Default

Arabic text are not aligned correctly in PDF export. If we set the language for specific report its working fine. But customer have 20 plus reports. So they want the common properties to apply the language. We tested with report properties but its not working. Need to check this issue and provide the details.
