Retired versions remain available for download for up to two years after release; critical security patches may still be offered during that window. No feature updates or active support are provided after retirement.

Exceptions are handled case by case.

Support for older, retired versions may still be available through a custom Syncfusion Solution Services package, subject to feasibility. Fixes for critical, non-framework-dependent security issues are provided to customers with an active subscription up to the retirement date.
