When asked what feature he found to be the most helpful, Cid struggled to choose just one. “I like the Report Designer a lot, but I can’t think of one feature that’s better than the others. They all integrate together,” he said. “The ability to have parameters you can set up in the code is also extremely useful.”

I mostly use the community forum when I need help, and answers come in a very reasonable time,” he said. “Plus, they always include sample code and links to documents and additional sample code.”
